When doing things like joining the list and signing off the list,
always
send your email to listproc@calyx.net.
To subscribe to the list, send email to listproc@calyx.net with
the subject
blank and the body containing just the following 4 words and nothing
else:
subscribe methadone <firstname> <lastname>
To get the list in digest format, send email to listproc@calyx.net
with the
subject blank and the body containing just the following 4 words
and nothing
else (do this after you have subscribed):
set methadone mail digest
To get the list in individual emails instead of digest format,
send email to
listproc@calyx.net with the subject blank and the body containing
just the
following 4 words:
set methadone mail ack
To sign off the list, send an email to
listproc@calyx.net with the subject blank, and the body
containing nothing but the following two words:
signoff methadone
To see old digests beginning February 1997
