     Carl Eric Olsen hereby petitions the Administrator to reschedule marijuana from Schedule I to Schedule II of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) pursuant to Section 201 of the CSA, Public Law 91-513, 21 U.S.C. § 811 and 21 C.F.R. § 1307.03.

     Attached hereto and constituting a part of this petition is a statement of the grounds upon which petitioner relies for the proposed rescheduling.
