Prescription
When you are sick or need medical attention, your doctor will most likely give you at least one prescription for various types of medications, depending on your diagnosis. Without a prescription, it can be next to impossible to get any type of medicine you need. The prescription gives your pharmacist the exact dosage and quantity of the drugs that your doctor has determined you will need to help get you on the path to being well. It also tells them how many refills you should be receiving.
Traditionally, most people go to their local drug store and bring in their signed prescription. They then give this to the pharmacist who fulfills the order and the patient then has their drugs in hand. A new method of getting your prescription drugs involves purchasing them over the internet. This newer method is a lot simpler and much more convenient for many people. Most online pharmacies still require a copy of your prescription, but it really typically only involves the patient sending the company a fax of the prescription, just so they can verify that your order is legitimate. Once they receive the written prescription, the online pharmacy can then place your order and send you the medication you need.
It is absolutely important to only purchase your prescription medication from places who ask to see the actual prescription. This proves that the business you are dealing with is certified and safe and that they do not just give out or sell medicine to people who do not have a valid prescription. Only your doctor knows what the best dosage and type of medicine is best for you, so this is why getting a prescription is the safest route to getting you healed or on your way to relief for whatever your problem may be.
