Home Drug Test
Many parents today are concerned that their child is abusing illegal drugs. While this is a topic no one wants to think about, the use of a home drug testing kit can either confirm your suspicions or put your mind at rest. If they do confirm your child is abusing drugs, this can be the first step into helping them get assistance for their problem.
While your child may look you in the eye and say he or she is not using drugs, they may be doing so. It could be a case of peer pressure and they just do not know how to stop it. With a home drug test, you can get the results you need. It may give your son or daughter the out they have been looking for out of the drug world, but did not know how to find.
A urine drug test can be done at home. This will tell you if your child has used drugs in the last two or three days. Any traces of illegal drugs will not show up in urine any longer than that. If you want to use a home drug test that will have a longer detection period, try a hair drug test. This will tell if your child has used drugs in the past 90 days. You may also be able to perform a hair test discreetly by obtaining some hair from a brush or comb as opposed to a urine drug test where you would have to ask them to take it.
In addition to urine and hair home drug tests, you can also do a home drug test using saliva. It will detect for the most frequently used drugs such as marijuana, amphetamines, cocaine, methamphetamines, opiates, and phencyclidine (PCP). Like the hair home drug test, the saliva test is very hard to cheat on.
