2. When you purchase Xanax in the 0.5 mg tablet, this particular dosage is a different color. Ensure that it is an oval shape with an orangy-peach color and includes a score mark in the middle. Imprinted on the tablet should be “Xanax 0.5.”
3. An oval shaped pill with a scored middle marks the basic characteristics of the Xanax 1 mg tablet. Be sure when you purchase Xanax of this dosage that has the imprint “Xanax 1.0” on it.
4. The 2mg tablet of Xanax is an oblong-shaped bar with several score marks on it. When you purchase this particular Xanax dosage, look for the imprint of “Xanax” as well as the number “2” on it.
Keep in mind with you purchase Xanax, under the Xanax brand, the characteristics listed above are most representative of the brand. However, Xanax can also be found under the name Niravam, Alprazolam and could potentially have some generic formulations.
