Fast testing with a urine drug test
With drug use becoming more of a problem throughout the work force, more and more companies have decided to require a urine drug test for soon-to-be employees before they are technically hired. A urine drug test is usually done at a different facility than the company that is going to hire the employee, and is usually done be a professional.
While a urine drug test can be done on a test card and the results can be determined easily, they tend to not be that accurate and usually turn out more positive than they really are. Because of this, a urine drug test is usually sent to a lab, or done at the professional facility in which the urine drug test undergoes a gas chromatography/mass spectrometry process, also known as a GCMS, or the test undergoes a high performance liquid chronography or immunoassay analysis test. The process of getting the results from a urine drug test using these results are much more accurate. While in an ideal world, the results of a urine drug test would be accurate, it is well known that urine sample substitution and other forms of adulteration do frequently occur. In fact, as the process of taking a urine drug test becomes more common, people have began to make professions out of creating products that help people pass their urine drug test. While this is quite unethical, many people choose to try and outsmart the urine drug test by taking these alternative products.
Even though some people have been able to cheat their way through a urine drug test, the testing process has allowed many companies to higher more credible people at their companies and not have to worry about drug problems arising at their companies and interfering with their work and their production level.
