Filling your vicodin prescription
There are many pharmacies that will not distribute vicodin to any person without a valid vicodin prescription. To obtain a vicodin prescription your primary care physician will write one for you. However, there must be a legitimate reason why you need a vicodin prescription, doctors to not haphazardly hand out prescriptions for it. However, there are some online pharmacies that will distribute vicodin without a doctors prescription. There are not many pharmacies out there that will do so, but unfortunately it is possible to get. Vicodin is often used for people who have severe pain or severe coughs.
Vicodin can be habit forming, therefore, this drug should not be taken for a long period of time. If you do have to take it for an extended period, you can become mentally and physically dependent on it, and you may find that the drug no longer works for you at the prescribed dosage. It should never be administered to any person it is not prescribed for. If you do have a vicodin prescription, take it according to the package directions. Taking too much can lead to an overdose with serious side effects.

Do not take vicodin with alcohol or any other narcotic pain medications, sedatives, muscle relaxers, tranquilizers, or any other medicine that can make you sleepy or slow your breathing. Vicodin itself can have side effects that may impair your thinking or reactions. Caution is needed if you must operate a dangerous piece of machinery, or doing something where you need to be awake. Vicodin is a powerful drug that needs to be used with discretion and maturity. If you or anyone else that takes this drug has a problem with dependency, it should be discussed with their doctor and an alternate drug prescription should be written.
